The United States government group chat leaks, also known as Signalgate, is a major political scandal involving the administration of President Donald Trump. The leaks occurred when National Security Advisor Mike Waltz added Jeffrey Goldberg, a journalist, to a group chat on the Signal messaging service, inadvertently exposing sensitive and classified information about imminent military operations against the Houthis in Yemen.
