EuroLeague Final Four

The EuroLeague Final Four is the final four format championship of the EuroLeague professional club basketball competition, used for the first time in 2002 by the Euroleague Basketball Company. The final four format was previously used in the 1966 and 1967 FIBA European Champions Cup, with Simmenthal Milano and Real Madrid as the winners, and then reintroduced in 1988, won by Tracer Milano. Panathinaikos is the most successful team, having won the title 7 times since the modern era began in 1987-88.
