Trump Blames Vandalism for Reflecting Pool Issues

Many additional people have been arrested having to do with the disgraceful Vandalism of our beautiful Reflecting Pool. It hasn't looked or worked like this since 1922, when it was originally built, but even then, it leaked badly, and didn't work. Ours worked perfectly, including the mirror like finish, perfectly reflecting the two Great Monuments, which it never had before!
We've cleaned, renovated, and beautified over 45 Monuments and Memorials, 28 Statues, and 22 Fountains in Washington, DC.
The algae is 75% gone, and the condition will soon be completely remedied, and the area that was vandalized, fortunately, is just a small area of damage, and will be fixed early next week.
Just like three days ago, they destroyed the grass outside of the Pool, they've also done everything possible to hurt the inside surface that was just installed. No different than the chemicals that were used on the National Mall, they used something similar in the Reflecting Pool to try to destroy and demean our beautiful work.
We've had some real problems with Vandalism at the beautiful Reflecting Pool, which sits between The Washington Monument and The Lincoln Memorial.
I'm pressing to get answers for this embarrassing waste of resources.
You can't make this up: after railing about waste, fraud, and abuse, the Trump Administration spent $14 million on a reflecting pool reno that's now peeling and chock full of algae.
There's nothing about the Reflecting Pool that was in any different condition after I left there than it had before I went by there yesterday. I didn't remove anything. I didn't break, tear, peel, or rip, or destroy anything.
